Resending the announcement regarding Basset Buddies Rescue Valentine Party on Sunday Feb 10...


Hi Everyone!!

If you are looking for a fun event for a good cause, The BBR Valentine's party is from 12-3 Sunday Feb. 10th at Pet Junction. There will be playtime for the hounds and a chance to win a giant "Winter Survival" basket with everything you and your hound need to get through the rest of the winter. The website for BBR is www.bbrescue.org<http://www.bbrescue.org> and there is a link to the party flyer (with directions) from the homepage. There will be pictures, a kissing booth, and Valentine treats available. You can also order valentines for your dog through the BBR site. I hope to see lots of you there!
and this from our own Dee Klagstad on the BBR Valentine Event --  "It should be a lot of fun. I hope it will also raise some big bucks for the rescue which is in desperate need of funds. Some dogs with high vet bills seriously depleted the treasury last year and at the moment we can't really afford boarding and are asking people to wait for an open foster before surrendering a dog. That sometimes means losing one. So come along and buy lots of raffle tickets!"
