I've received this message from Dee Klagstad,  GMSPBHC member and volunteer co-ordinator for Pet Haven.   If anyone has supplies to donate Dee will pick them up at the picnic on Sunday, Sept 11 or you can contact her to arrange something.  Dee's phone number is 612-724-8441. Hi Barb,
I know a woman from Aussie rescue who is personally driving a horse trailer down south next week or the week after.  She's going to bring down supplies for dogs like medicines, leashes, collars, bowls crates (she says the dog food companies have come through with enough food) and she will bring up as many dogs as she can fit in on the way back.  Do you think anyone in our club would like to contribute supplies or possibly foster a hound if she found any?  I'm asking PH to help too, but I'm not sure who all in the Basset club I should ask.  Thought as secretary, you'd know.  Dee
